Abstract

A method for the evaluation of aromatic polinuclear hydrocarbons has been tried using high performance liquid Cromatography with a detection wave lenght of 254 nm. An ODS C18,150 X 4 mm and 5um particile size, elution gradient of 30- 90 % acetonitrile - water mobile phase. Ten PAH'S were possible of evolution with great reproducibilites and quantifation limits..
