Abstract

To elabarate an environmental diagnosis of the Rosario Archipelago the methodology proposed by Garay et al., (1998) was applied. The main objective pursued was the identification of actors and agents conflicts, the critical and valuable areas and the strategic and critical elements. The environmental problems were weighted as well as the environmental management capacity to solve them. Finally a Preliminary Agenda for Environmental Management of this insular zone is proposed as part the Territorial Ordering Plan.
